TERMS OF SERVICE (ToS)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the GraBit Network services via the Telegram Mini App ("Vault") or associated platforms, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

GraBit provides a high-performance node infrastructure generating yields through micro-transaction processing on the Bitcoin Lightning Network. The service allows Users to provide liquidity ("Staking") to facilitate digital asset routing in exchange for a portion of the generated network fees.

3. NON-CUSTODIAL NATURE & SECURITY

• User Control: GraBit operates on a sovereign, non-custodial architecture. Users retain ultimate control over their digital assets.
• Security Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their access credentials, private keys, and Telegram account. GraBit is not liable for any loss of assets resulting from compromised user accounts, phishing, or third-party breaches.
• No Fiduciary Duty: GraBit acts solely as a technological infrastructure provider and not as a financial advisor, broker, or custodian.

4. YIELDS AND MICRO-TRANSACTIONS

• Variable Yields: Yields are generated dynamically from real network utility, routing efficiency, and transaction fees. GraBit does not guarantee any fixed or minimum percentage of return.
• Distribution: Daily distributions are subject to network conditions, channel capacity, and overall Lightning Network transaction volume.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By utilizing GraBit, the User acknowledges and assumes the following risks:

• Technological Risks: The Bitcoin Lightning Network is a developing technology. Risks include, but are not limited to, channel closure delays, routing failures, or protocol vulnerabilities.
• Market Volatility: The value of digital assets is highly volatile.
• Regulatory Risks: Changes in global or local digital asset regulations may impact the operation or availability of GraBit.

6. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

GraBit utilizes Telegram as its primary interface. We are not responsible for Telegram's server uptime, account bans, policy changes, or any disruptions caused directly by the Telegram platform.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GraBit, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

8. AMENDMENTS

GraBit reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
